This is a Florence Knoll Bench, originally designed for Knoll in 1954. These particular examples were produced in the United States in 2016. Their design incorporates a simple chromed steel frame with a padded seat, having smooth grey leather upholstery. It has a geometric profile, a la Florence’s mentor, Mies van der Rohe. It comfortably seats three people.
The listed price includes one bench and there are two available to purchase.
Each bench measures 18.5 inches deep, 72 inches wide, and 17 inches high. The chromed-steel frame shows light wear, and is marked with the signature engraved onto one of the legs. The leather is also in very good condition condition. Please see photos.
